The BLAZING ONION BURGER COMPANY is a Northwest Company founded by David & Lorri Jones in March of 2007. Currently with 3 great locations with a fourth due to open in the summer of 2011 at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood. Growing near you soon.
FAST-CASUAL CONCEPT
The Blazing Onion began as an idea that fast food could be good food. Burgers are America’s favorite food – why is it so difficult to get a fresh-broiled burger with quality ingredients, in a warm and relaxing atmosphere – without going to an expensive full service restaurant? So with that thought in mind, we combined the best elements of quick service with casual dining and developed a fast-casual restaurant with a full service attitude.
GOURMET BURGERS
Our menu features over 25 unique gourmet burgers including a meatloaf burger, a buffalo burger, and a wild boar burger. Do you have a favorite burger combination, it’s probably on the menu. We insist on high-quality ingredients such as Tillamook cheese, thick-cut peppered bacon, homemade burger sauces, locally baked buns, fresh produce, and ALL Natural ground chuck. For a healthier option substitute our ground chuck for a fresh chicken breast, our house made turkey patty, or a Santa Fe vegetarian patty.
We press each burger patty in house from fresh-never frozen, ALL Natural (meaning – no anti-biotics, no hormones, vegetarian fed), 100% ground chuck from Painted Hills. It’s literally a mouth full. We top each of our gourmet burgers with our own top secret signature burger seasoning and serve them on locally baked buns that don’t fall apart when confronted with lots of juicy sauces. SERVICE ON DEMAND
Ordering at the front counter allows us to get your food on the grill right away, but it doesn’t mean that service is over. After you select a table, you can relax knowing that we do fast casual different than most. Our entire staff is responsible to help you have a wonderful dining experience. If you need anything, use the ’Service Alert’ sign on the table. We call it “Service on Demand”. We’ll be there in 30 seconds. No more looking for and waiting for a server. Of course don’t forget our full-service sports lounge. Either way, restaurant or lounge, we’ll take care of you.
ABOUT OUR LOCATIONS:
Our original store is in the Mill Creek Towncenter on the corner of 151st St SE and the Bothell/Everett Hwy. Our beer garden and outdoor fireplace sit in the Creekside Village’s glass-covered outdoor entertainment forum which features a community stage and four 65″ flat screen televisions. The Creekside Village Forum hosts concerts and other events throughout the year. The Towncenter features the University Book Store, Pier 1, the Central Market, and many other Specialty Shops.
Our second store is in the Snohomish Station, south of Bickford Ford on Bickford Avenue in Snohomish. We added over 40 seats, a full Bar, a larger kitchen, and a lot more HD TV’s. We still have our fireplace and outdoor seating. While the restaurant retains its fast-casual style, the Bar is full service. Snohomish Station features the Home Depot, Kohl’s, Bridges Pets, Famous Footwear, and much more.
Our third location is in the Uptown Gig Harbor outdoor mall. As we have grown, each store seems to get bigger and more accommodating. Gig Harbor has a gorgeous 80 seat Sports Lounge. Two large 58″ HD Televisions hang in the center of the lounge with seven more 50″ HD’s around the edge. Our two outdoor patios give us room to seat over 200 people in the summer. Uptown Gig Harbor features the Galaxy Movie Theatre, Borders Books, Indigo plum, Ann Taylor LOFT, Possums Boutique, Daddy O’s Board Room, SQ Decor, Bella’s Kitchen Essentials, Julep Nail Parlor, Tuscan Sanctuary Salon Spa, and many more Specialty Clothing, Gift Shops, and Services.
We hope to add many more Blazing Onion’s to the family soon. In Summer of 2011 look for our latest Blazing Onion at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood. This restaurant will seat as many as 240 guest and will also have many new features, such as Coca Cola Freestyle, Kiosk ordering, HD/3D Televisions, and new improved service communication technologies. On another note, we have made promising steps forward at Joint Military Base, Lewis-McChord, and hope to announce a signed lease there soon.
